We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead HVAC employees to install, maintain, and repair the Commercial client's HVAC systems.Routinely collaborate closely with repair and install techniciansEnsure customer loyalty and have clear concise communications directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to provide accurate information on job or project status and needs.Pay: 70,000-80,000.Location: Silverhill, ALHVAC Service Manager Duties & Responsibilities:Manage HVAC maintenance and service team to ensure quality onsiteField and dispatch Service callsCreate Service and Maintenance schedulesOrder and track materials required for quoted jobs and scheduled MaintenanceReview, edit and price service reportsReview and approve weekly time cardsPrepare quotations for recommended workPrepare new or renewal Maintenance AgreementsCommunicate and provide updates to customers and project ManagersReview technicians' work to ensure quality meets established standardsOrganize training and ongoing support for install teamsProvide technical support for HVAC techniciansEnsure technician licenses and certificates are renewed and kept up to dateEnsure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety ActComply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirementsOther tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operationsCheck below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.HVAC Service Manager Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalentlyKnowledge of the Commercial HVAC market1 + year of training in HVAC and willingness for more training in the area of HVAC.In field technician experience a definite assetUnderstanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heatingReliable and self-motivatedExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsCompensation details: 70000-80000 Yearly SalaryPIb1d5d29f31c6-30134-37808974
