Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Manage the overall operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Ensure systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for HVAC systems, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards. Understand the KPI's and drive them in the right direction.Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians and staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided.Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, including the proper disposal of hazardous materials.Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategic plans for the HVAC department, aligning with the overall goals of the organization.Problem Solving: Providing resolutions to any customer or team member concerns.Required Skills and QualificationsWhile professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the HVAC industry, with experience in a leadership role preferred.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, principles, and maintenance procedures.Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and managerial skills to effectively manage teams and projects.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and suppliers.Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.Pay is 90-100K annually.Compensation details: 90000-100000 Yearly SalaryPIc6393886f3d4-36310-37757560
