Nutanix Resident (Hybrid)

We are seeking a *Nutanix Core Resident* with strong hands-on experience in *Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP)* and *Kubernetes container orchestration*. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping enterprise clients implement, optimize, and maintain Nutanix infrastructure and containerized workloads. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to the client and will be embedded onsite (or virtually) to provide in-depth support and guidance.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide *residency services* focused on Nutanix Core infrastructure, storage, and cluster management.* Architect, deploy, and manage *Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP)* and Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads.* Collaborate with DevOps, platform engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure proper integration and performance tuning of NKP/Kubernetes.* Monitor system health and performance, perform troubleshooting, and implement proactive improvements.* Conduct knowledge transfers and provide training sessions to client teams.* Create documentation for architecture, operations, and best practices.* Provide hands-on support for upgrades, migrations, patching, and scaling initiatives.*Required Qualifications:** 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure.* 3+ years of hands-on experience with *Nutanix Core (AHV, Prism, Storage, AOS)*.* 2+ years of experience with *Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP)* or equivalent Kubernetes platforms.* Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, deployment models, Helm charts, persistent storage, and networking.* Experience with Linux systems, scripting (Bash/Python), and automation tools.* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.* Excellent communication, documentation, and customer engagement skills.*Preferred Qualifications:** Nutanix certifications (NCP, NCM, NCAP) are highly desirable.* Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD) are a strong plus.* Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud Kubernetes solutions is a bonus.* Previous experience in a resident, consulting, or professional services role is preferred.*Additional Notes:** This is a *customer-facing* position requiring a combination of technical skills and strong interpersonal communication.* Travel may be required depending on the engagement model.*We Are TSP *TSP is an award-winning and customer-endorsed technology solutions company.
