What you get to do: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business development and increase market share regionally Create and nurture strategic relationships with customers, prospects, and corporate partners to drive profitable growth Responsible for individual sales target Serve as a thought leader in the community and social media, providing market intelligence and identifying opportunities for business expansion Utilize automation and cutting-edge solutions to provide exceptional customer experiences and fulfill client commitments Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and market trends to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth Encourage and foster adoption of new tools, technology, and process changes to enhance sales performance and client satisfaction What you need to bring: Minimum 7+ years of staffing industry experience highly preferred, with 2+ years in management or enterprise account management Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of surpassing performance targets Ability to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applications Compelling leadership abilities to inspire and influence team members and peers Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level management Self-motivated with a drive for success and the ability to generate new business to meet sales targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage complex client situations effectively Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives This job posting is open for 4 weeks.PandoLogic.
