With multiple locations across New York, our mission is to provide high-quality, culturally competent mental health services to individuals and families, ensuring accessibility and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds; we are seeking a dynamic and analytical *Project & Business Analyst *to join our growing behavioral health organization.*Summary*This role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in project management, ensuring that business objectives are met efficiently while aligning with the organization's mission to provide exceptional behavioral health services.*Key Responsibilities:** Collect and interpret business requirements from clinical & business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.* Design reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.* Translate business & clinical requirements to the IT department to expedite build out and creation of forms and reporting required by the business.* Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance requests and align them to reporting and forms that are already created within IDCC systems.* Maintain a pulse on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in behavioral health services and healthcare in general.* Plan, execute, and oversee deliverables related to operational improvements, system implementations, and service expansions.* Develop and maintain project timelines and deliverables.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within scope and on schedule.* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, providing clear communication on project status and next steps.*Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).* Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, with specific experience with CareLogic as a plus.* Knowledge of behavioral health regulations, reimbursement models, and operational challenges.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.* Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification) is a plus.*Key Competencies:** Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.* Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.* Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to change.*BENEFITS WE OFFER: ** Medical including Dental and Vision* Cafeteria Plans: FSA, Dependent child care plan, qualified transportation plan* Up to 3% 401k Profit Sharing plan automatic contribution for eligible employees* 401k Additional 4% match of your contribution from your salary* Employee Assistant Program Services (EAP)* Community Mental Health Loan Repayment Program for qualifying candidate* Paid time off (PTO)* Referral Bonus for qualifying positions*Salary:* $82-132KInterborough is an EEO employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regards to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veterans' status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state and/or local law and encourage women, veterans and other minorities to apply.Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center is committee to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) in the workplace.
