Shift: Varies Job Schedule: Full time Growing Neurodiagnostics department looking for a registered technologist to join our EEG team. Duties would include EEG diagnostic testing, LTM, ambulatory EEG, and working various shift in the EMU. Call shifts are required and shared between the team staff. Responsible for performing procedures or testing for all patient populations. Understands testing equipment: structure, function, use, effects on patients, and maintenance Intraoperative monitoring EEG testing Graduated from an approved program of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology (ENDT) or similar education is preferred. Working knowledge of neuroanatomy, physiology, basic electronics and electrical safety, general knowledge of electroencephalography (EEG) and evoked potentials (EP) instrumentation, pattern recognition, and various medical and pharmacological conditions is required. Completion of department approved training program is required. Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (REEGT), Registered Evoked Potentials Technologist (REPT), Certified Nerve Conduction Technologist (CNCT), or Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologists (R.Sanford Health offers an attractive benefits package for qualifying full-time and part-time employees.
