Our client is a Leading Construction firm specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial projects and is seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent.Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.This position requires expertise in tilt-wall construction and involves overseeing projects across multiple states.The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet rigorous quality and safety standards.The Traveling Superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety standards.Travel Requirements: Ability to travel extensively to project sites nationwide and remain on-site for the duration of each project as needed.Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to company and client standards.Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project requirements, timelines, and safety protocols are maintained.Client Relations: Act as the primary on-site representative for clients, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction with project progress.Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any on-site issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.Safety Compliance: Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA standards to provide a safe working environment.Qualifications Experience: 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on tilt-wall construction, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.Travel: Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site as required for project completion.Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software, construction management systems, and scheduling tools.Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team and client management.Certification: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant safety certifications preferred.PandoLogic.Keywords: Construction Superintendent, Location: Dallas, TX- 75201
