This role involves designing client-ready documents that clearly communicate investment strategies, asset allocations, risk profiles, and performance metrics in a professional and compliant format.Key Responsibilities:Design and produce high-quality, branded PDFs that support portfolio construction discussions between financial advisors and clients.Collaborate with investment strategists, product owners, and agile teams, and product owners to translate complex portfolio data into clear, compelling visual formats.Create templates and layouts for investment proposals, model portfolios, asset allocation summaries, and performance reports.Incorporate charts, graphs, and infographics that effectively communicate portfolio diversification, risk-return tradeoffs, and investment rationale.Ensure all materials are compliant with regulatory standards and accessible for digital and print distribution.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure accuracy of financial data and disclosures.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Qualifications:5+ years of experience designing financial documents, preferably focused on investment or portfolio-related content.Understanding of investment concepts such as asset allocation, diversification, risk tolerance, and performance metrics.Ability to interpret and visualize complex data sets in a client-friendly format.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements for financial communications (e.g., FINRA, SEC).Knowledge of accessibility standards
