This is a hands-on role with no direct reports, reporting to the Financial Controller. Key Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using UKG Kronos Manage payroll across multiple entities, including union and non-union groups Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and CBAs Review employee compensation data: salaries, benefits, taxes, deductions Maintain accurate records of new hires, terminations, pay changes, and deductions Prepare and distribute payroll reports for Finance, HR, management, auditors, and agencies Address employee payroll inquiries professionally and timely Partner with HR and Finance to ensure alignment of payroll operations Maintain and improve payroll procedures and documentation Apply union contract terms to payroll as needed Support 401(k) compliance and audits Assist with payroll budget planning and journal entries Qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, degree is preferred  Strong knowledge of UKG Kronos Experience with union payroll and multi-entity environments preferred Solid understanding of payroll laws and 401(k) compliance Strong Excel and reporting skills Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills PandoLogic.
