The Director of Integration plays a vital role in supporting Merrell Bros., Inc.'s growth and innovation by ensuring the effective alignment of systems, people, and processes. This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, strategic acumen, and leadership strength to ensure success across all integration efforts. They will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and management of complex integration initiatives across Merrell Bros., Inc. This high-impact leadership role is critical in aligning systems, processes, and teams to drive seamless organizational, technological, and operational integration for enterprise system implementations.Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.The Director of Integration collaborates across departments to design integration strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation while upholding budget and timeline goals.Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive integration strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.Lead integration initiatives related to acquisitions, enterprise systems, process optimization, and cross-departmental alignment.Oversee the integration of key platforms such as Solidworks, AutoCad, Fleetio, Microsoft Teams, and other systemsTechnology Integration: Introduce and harmonize new technology solutions, APIs, and software into existing systems and workflows.Ensure system interoperability and data integrity across all connected platforms.Streamline and unify workflows and operations across business units to drive efficiency and scalability.Oversee and facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Controls, Electric, Construction and Fabrication teams.Perform as liaison to support operational functions for all departments to ensure integration alignment and success.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Engage with executive leadership, functional experts, and operational teams to ensure integration priorities are aligned with business goals.Maintain project documentation, track milestones, manage resource allocation, and monitor budgets and timelines.Identify and assess risks associated with integration (e.g., technical, financial, legal, and operational) and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to integration success and ROI.Analyze data to inform continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.Drive clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders.Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration strategies, plans, workflows, decisions, and outcomes.Proven leadership and team management experience in integration or enterprise-level project roles.Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business, Information Systems, or related field.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience with incentive opportunityCompany-provided attire, technology, tools, and safety gear.Health, dental, and vision insurance, along with Company provided Life insurance and Long-term Disability401(k) retirement plan with company match.Opportunities for overtime and per diem when traveling.Career development and advancement within a growing, mission-driven company.
