The company is a great opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a collaborative, well-established environment.Responsibilities and Duties:Serve as the branch's lead for all risk management, supervisory oversight, and compliance activities.Address elevated supervision requests and interpret policies and regulatory standards for staff.Monitor and enforce ethical business conduct and regulatory requirements across the office.Evaluate and authorize new client account setups, as well as review all branch correspondence.Partner with anti-money laundering, compliance, and operations teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly.Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external audits; coordinate with Legal on complaint responses.Review and approve specific teller transactions (e.g., KYC verifications, check deposits, third-party approvals) and ensure swift correction of trade errors.Design and facilitate training sessions covering policy revisions and procedural updates.Requirements:7 years of experience in the financial services industry.Active Series 7, 63/65 (or 66), 9 and 10 (or 8) is a must.Proven self-starter with strong compliance and operations background, including personnel management.Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards.Excellent communication skills to convey policies and procedures effectively.Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency preferred.Skills:Deep knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance.Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.Exceptional attention to detail.Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools.ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
