Business Development Manager

General Noli, a freight forwarding company part of the Savino Del Bene group, is looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen the sales team in Atlanta.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Role ObjectivesThe Business Development Manager, integrated into General Noli's Sales team, will be responsible for increasing gross profit and market share while developing ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Utilize market data and develop sales strategies to increase customer baseMaintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the companyDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with a large number of prospectsLeverage CRM to manage a large number of relationshipsPrepare quotes and offersProvide customer assistance in pre-sales and post-sales phasesProvide activity reports and sales plans for the assigned territoryActively participate in all provided trainingAdhere to all requirements outlined in the Sales PolicyPartner internally with other functions to grow the businessSkills and experience required:3+ years of experience in international freight forwarding sales.
