Key Responsibilities:Manage daily dispatch operations for both employee drivers and Owner OperatorsMaintain real-time accuracy in TMS and GPS dispatch systemsMonitor container statuses through port websites, steamship lines, and call centersCoordinate timely container returns and understand empty receiving requirementsUnderstand and apply Owner Operator contract guidelines and recognize their right to reject loadsStay up to date on terminal congestion trends and delaysEnsure compliance with Hours of Service and Logbook regulationsCommunicate effectively with drivers, internal teams, and customersGenerate and manage dispatch-related reportsCollaborate with Customer Service to meet or exceed client expectationsAttend team meetings and meet performance KPIs regularlyPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred Bilingual in Spanish (Highly Preferred)3 plus years of intermodal drayage dispatchingFamiliarity with port/terminal operations and transportation management systems (TMS) preferable TriniumStrong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume activityClear, professional communication and strong team collaborationA go-getter mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approachIf you're ready to join a fast growing company with an amazing company culture that values expertise, ownership, and culture-we want to hear from you!
