The Painter refinishes damaged vehicle bodies and parts.*Other duties include:** Removing rust, grease, and dirt from work surface.* Filling cavities and dents with putty to attain smooth surface.* Mixing paint according to specifications.* Selecting and mixing coating liquid to produce desired color.* Painting surface using sprayer or brush as appropriate.* Inspecting painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags, and unpainted areas.* Maintaining tools and keeping equipment clean.* Maintaining an accurate paint and material inventory.* Maintaining and wearing all required safety and health personal protective equipment.* Working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues.* Maintaining a professional appearance.* Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe work environment.* Performing other duties as assigned.*Pay starts at $72,000 a year.*Full benefits include: paid vacation, holidays, paid sick days, 401K, bonuses, medical, dental, vision and life insurance*Qualifications:** Valid Driver's License, clean driving record.* Hazmat Respirator certificate.* A good eye for detail and color is necessary.We are an equal opportunity employer.
