Mobile Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on *Mobile Maintenance Lead* to oversee 2nd shift maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and optimal performance.*What You'll Do** Lead and coordinate *2nd shift maintenance activities* for heavy mobile equipment.* Assign, oversee, and assist with *daily maintenance and repair tasks*, ensuring quality and safety.* Troubleshoot and repair *mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues* on trucks, loaders, and other heavy machinery.* Monitor and enforce adherence to *preventive maintenance schedules*.* Work with supervisors and operators to address equipment needs and *minimize downtime*.* Maintain *accurate maintenance logs* and communicate critical updates to the day shift.* Promote and enforce *safety protocols and workplace best practices* among team members.* Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to maintenance technicians.*What We're Looking For** High school diploma or GED required; *technical certifications or trade school training preferred*.* *5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience*, with prior leadership or lead tech experience strongly preferred.* Strong knowledge of *mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems* on off-road trucks, loaders, and other mining equipment.* Proficiency with *CMMS systems* (SAP, eMaint, MP2, or similar).* Ability to *lead, motivate, and coordinate a team* in a fast-paced environment.* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.*Day in the Life** Oversee the *repair and inspection of mobile mining equipment* throughout your shift.* Work directly with maintenance staff to *solve technical challenges* as they arise.* Ensure *equipment readiness* for production while maintaining high safety standards.*Schedule & Work Environment** *2nd shift (10-hour shifts), Monday through Friday*, with flexibility for overtime or weekend needs.* Work is performed in a combination of *shop and field environments*, with exposure to noise, dust, and weather conditions.*Ready to Make an Impact?*If you have the technical expertise and leadership skills to keep our fleet running strong, we want to hear from you.
