We are proud of our exceptional Google Reviews and our A+ BBB rating.*Position Summary*We are seeking a full-time *Service Technician/Installer* to join our growing Georgia team. This individual will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing residential water purification and softening systems. As the face of UDI, you will work directly with customers, ensuring their satisfaction through expert installation, diagnostics, repair, and education on system operation and benefits.*Key Responsibilities** Install residential water softening and drinking water systems per training and company standards* Perform annual maintenance, system diagnostics, and service repairs as needed* Conduct post-installation walk-through and customer orientation* Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies* Use a tablet to manage job schedules, customer interactions, job completions, and payments* Process all service and installation jobs accurately* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers* Educate customers on system operations and water treatment benefits*Requirements** Positive attitude and strong work ethic* General experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, piping, or mechanical work* Ability to learn new systems and apply training effectively* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to work independently and with attention to detail* Basic technology proficiency (tablet use for job scheduling and reports)* Must be able to lift 80 pounds* Ability to operate a trencher* Ability to work outdoors and indoors* May require travel (company paid)* Valid driver's license and clean driving record* Must pass background checkJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Company car* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Tools provided* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
