Maintenance Personnel (1 year of experience required)

Maintenance Personnel needed for a property management company. These individuals must have experience in general maintenance and drywall install/repair is a plus. You must be able to perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This job requires day-to-day maintenance in occupied apartments and apartment turnovers. You must have a valid drivers license, you must have own truck/van and proper tools to perform your job duties.
