Laborers - Concrete & Piledriving Crews

*Come work with us and learn to build bridges while building a career!*Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience._*Construction Laborer*_This opportunity includes working as a Laborer: Skilled or General (Construction) at our bridge construction jobsite locations throughout Florida. 100% of the work for this position is located outside and all positions must be able to safely walk on uneven ground and terrain in all weather conditions. Traveling may be necessary for this position.*Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** Assist in guiding /positioning piling in correct location* Assist in connecting the leads to the pile* Observe the pile driving process and equipment during operation to ensure safety and efficiency* Maintenance, cleaning, and lubricating equipment* Assorted tasks on job site as needed* Carrying/moving items across job site as needed* Ability to use hand tools* Physical Duties:* Stand, walk, bend / stoop and or kneel 8+ hours a day* Climbing, Climbing Ladders, Balancing, Reaching (Forward, Overhead, Low Level), Twisting Push / Pull* Lift and carry up to 80 lbs.* Work at heights above ground level* Excellent hand eye coordination* Endurance* Safety Conscientious - working around heavy loads and heavy machinery* Must be able to work outside in heat / cold / all weather conditions* Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all employees at all levels in the workplace* Teamwork* Reliability* Willing to travelDisclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
