Paver Technician

We're known for our quality work and commitment to customer satisfaction, and we're looking for reliable, skilled technicians to help us maintain that reputation.*Position Summary:*We are seeking a Paver Technician who specializes in punch out and repair work . This is a hands-on role that involves traveling to multiple job sites from Vero Beach to Delray Beach perform repairs, touch-ups, and final detail work on completed or near-complete paver projects. The ideal candidate has solid paver installation experience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.*Key Responsibilities:** Travel to job sites to address punch-out lists and customer-reported issues* Replace broken or misaligned pavers* Re-grout, re-sand, or reseal joints as needed* Adjust areas with settling, drainage, or slope problems* Perform final detail work to bring projects to completion* Communicate with the office or foreman about progress and any additional issues found* Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer homes* Load/unload materials and tools from company vehicles* Follow all safety protocols and company procedures*Requirements:** Ability to diagnose and correct common paver issues independently* Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship* Valid driver's license and clean driving record* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required* Physically fit; able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions* Professional, reliable, and self-motivated*Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with small tools and equipment like plate compactors and paver saws* Familiarity with sealing and finishing techniques* Customer service experience is a plusJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePhysical Setting:* Construction site* Outdoor workSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Home dailyAbility to Relocate:* Stuart, FL 34994: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
