Candidates who are self-motivated, have a high work ethic, pay attention to detail, reliable and feel they can meet the following criteria, are encouraged to apply.*Job Description*Candidates should be able to meet the following duties, responsibilities and working knowledge of the following:· Building, inspection, and repair of mechanical, electrical systems. Able to complete all steps assigned toward completion of electrical / mechanical assemblies as needed.· Understand a variety of motor controls and operations of welding equipment. Able to retrofit units as per need.· Read, interpret schematics or drawings, and follow direction / training provided to fabricate, manufacture, or repair electrical cord units as needed.· Self-review for high-level quality assurance and consistency while meeting production quality and output targets· Frequent communication and reporting to immediate supervisor or company owner on job progress and perform all other duties as assigned.*Desired qualifications:*· Previous manufacturing experience with small assemblies (3 years or equivalent preferred)· Previous experience with Electrical-Mechanical assemblies, mechanical aptitude. (3 years or equivalent preferred)· Ability to handle changing priorities· High level of respect for workplace safety, experience in a team environment· Ability and willingness to work on solitary tasks with minimal supervision· Ability to read, write, and speak English (preferred)*Education requirements:*High School Diploma or equivalent requiredJob Type: Full-time / Starting Pay: Based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayLicense/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Security clearance:* Confidential (Preferred)Willingness to travel:* 25% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
