This position plays a crucial role in representing the brand, educating customers, and driving sales through direct interaction and engagement.This position is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, building relationships with retail partners, and ensuring a positive brand experience for consumers.This position reports to the Marketing Manager.*Core Responsibilities**Vendor Days** Host multiple vendor days per week each lasting 2-4 hours.* Plan and execute engaging promotional events to showcase Sungrown brands.* Interact with customers, answer inquiries, and promote product benefits.---*Key Metrics**Activities** Number of Vendor Days*Brand Visibility and Awareness** Number of in-store promotions and events conducted.* Customer engagement and interaction metrics.*Sales Performance** Increase in sales of Sungrown products at assigned retail locations.* Success of doorbuster deals and promotional events---*Job Requirements - Crucial to Have** Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Outgoing and approachable personality.* Ability to educate and engage customers.* Reliable transportation for traveling to various retail locations.* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.* Passion for the cannabis industry and familiarity with Sungrown products.*Job Requirements - Nice to Have** Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a customer-facing role.* Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends.* Experience in sales or marketing.* Existing relationships with Washington state retailers.* Familiarity with Full Spec, Solr Bear, Thrills, and other Sungrown brands.*Location & Travel Requirements** This is a Washington-focused role. We are looking to fill positions in Seattle & Mt. Vernon.
