Must be able to greet customers with a smile and be able to translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete, offer additional services to the customer, as well as explain completed services to the customer. We are a family-oriented business looking for a team player.Job Requirements:* Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance.* Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.* Offers additional services and repairs to customers.* Computes the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore the vehicle to the condition specified by the customer.* Estimates the cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.* Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to the customer.* Schedule appointments with customers.* Meets dealership's standards for repair and order production.* Maintains CSI at or above Company standards* Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area* Participates in required training* Records all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system* Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.* Observes all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.* Other duties as assigned*Must have prior experience as a Service Advisor*This position is a rare full-time opportunity.
