Residential Property Manager

Commercial Properties Management LLC is seeking a *Residential Property Manager* to oversee a portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management, maintenance and tenant relations. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**Tenant Relations** Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and ensure timely resolution of issues.* Advertise vacancies, show units, screen applicants, and negotiate leases.* Maintain deep knowledge of lease terms and enforce property rules and policies.*Property & Maintenance Oversight** Inspect properties regularly, coordinate repairs and renovations, and manage turnover of vacant units.* Oversee vendors for services such as snow removal, landscaping, and maintenance.*Financial Management** Collect rent, track expenses, and assist with budget preparation.* Monitor financial performance and work closely with accounting on invoice coding and vendor payments.*Administrative Tasks** Maintain accurate tenant/property files.* Utilize MRI Software to manage daily operations.* Ensure vendor compliance with Certificates of Insurance.*Skills & Experience** 3-5 years of property management experience preferred.* Knowledge of building systems* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.* Self-starter with a professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.*Requirements** Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check* Valid Drivers License*Compensation & Benefits** Competitive pay (commensurate with experience)* Health, dental, and vision* Health Savings Account (HSA)* Company-paid life and disability insurance* 401(k) with company match* 12 paid holidays and Paid time off (PTO)*About Us*Commercial Properties Management, LLC is a trusted property management company committed to providing outstanding service to our tenants and owners.
