The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective quality management systems.*Duties** Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 .* Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal quality standards.* Lead the QA/QC team in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues.* Manage documentation related to quality control processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inspection reports.* Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and effective inspection techniques.* Analyze data from quality control processes to identify trends, report findings, and recommend improvements.*Experience** Proven experience in a Quality Manager role or similar position within a manufacturing or production environment.* Strong knowledge of quality inspection methodologies, ISO 9001 standards and AS9100.* Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards is preferred.* Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.* Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.Join our team as a Quality Manager where your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $115,015.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Military leave* Paid time off* Parental leave* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:* Santa Paula, CA 93060 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Santa Paula, CA 93060: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
