Our maintenance technicians experience a positive, clean, and focused work environment with clear objectives.*The Position:* Blue Door Living is looking for a full-time maintenance technician with a convenient 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. The maintenance technician will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks requiring general handyman skills including basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting and drywall. Some cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance tasks will also be required. Every third week, the maintenance technician must also be available outside regular work hours to respond to emergency maintenance calls which earn you additional compensation. Training can be provided to the right candidate for the maintenance technician position and applicants who have their own tools are preferred.*Benefits and Pay:* The maintenance technician has a base pay between $22 and $26 per hour depending on your experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, 10 paid vacation days, 5 paid sick days and 8 paid holidays annually. The Job includes a $60 weekly gas stipend.*Required qualifications for the maintenance technician:** Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.* Submit to a background check.* Pass a drug test upon request.*Preferred qualifications for the maintenance technician:** Experience doing residential maintenance work.* Experience doing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.* Owning tools for maintenance work.* Construction experience is accepted.*The Location:* All of Blue Door Living's properties are currently located in Southern NH.
