In this position, the applicant would be responsible for answering customer questions, troubleshooting the website, working in a detailed and timely manner, and in a team environment. The Member Services Associate fields external customer questions, complaints and shipment inquiries while demonstrating the highest degree of courtesy, integrity and professionalism to resolve customer issues via phone, email, text and chat communication. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to be a part of a growing small business and who is interested in food, nutrition, and health!*Core Duties and Responsibilities:*â— Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing inquiries and resolvingissues promptlyâ— Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their satisfaction andloyaltyâ— Confer with customers to provide information about products or services, deals or salespromotions, take or enter orders, or obtain confidential customer informationâ— Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact withmember and internal teams via phone, email, text and chatâ— Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accountssimultaneouslyâ— Troubleshoot logistical issues regarding delivery and/or their subscriptionâ— Be comfortable utilizing multiple web-based platforms at the same timeâ— Provide member outreach and keep track of responses and reactivationsâ— Office administration duties such as but not limited to printing, sorting, inventory,ordering, filing, etc*Requirements:*â— Customer Serviceâ— Microsoft products (Word, excel)â— Google driveâ— Office Adminâ— Teamwork/communication*Weekly Schedule (32hrs/week)*â— Sunday 9am - 5pm (remote)â— Monday 9am - 5pmâ— Wednesday 9am - 5pmâ— Thursday 9am - 5pm/*/*/*The first few weeks of training will be Monday-Thursday until the associate iscomfortable on their own on Sunday*Job Expectations*â— Must be comfortable resolving conflict over the phoneâ— Must be comfortable messaging members with client outreach, and recording theinformation they collect from the client's responsesâ— Packing and shipping promotional mail items, gift baskets and complimentary mealpackagesâ— Daily client outreach to members who have closed their subscriptions, one on oneengagement via our text line, and recording any information collectedâ— Assisting our weekend dispatch team with troubleshootingâ— Assisting with administrative/office duties (Printing, filing, etc)â— Must be available to work on weekends*Qualifications*â— High School Diploma or equivalentâ— 1-2 years of customer service experience (including retail/hospitality)â— Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate effectively with theteamâ— Independent and adaptable work ethic and ability to work in a timely mannerâ— High level of comfort speaking to clients on the phoneJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 - 40 per weekBenefits:* Paid time offAbility to Commute:* Peabody, MA 01960 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Peabody, MA 01960: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
