*This position is responsible for:*Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Coordinates memberships to include selling, verifying cancelations, payments, etc., program registrations, and class entries. Assists with point-of-sale software system and training as well as providing facility information and tours. Provides exceptional customer service experiences.*Key Responsibilities:** Provides accurate information regarding membership types, benefits and costs.* Assist Customers in choosing a membership or program that best fits his or her needs.* Maintains progressive knowledge of all programs and facilities.* Enters and maintains all backend information into current software with accuracy to include member financial data, fact check of front desk entries, etc.* Coordinates and is responsible for all membership reporting into current software including accounts receivable and default payments.* Updates and maintains electronic and hard-copy files for members and Day Pass Customer.* Assist in resolving customer service issues.*Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:** Work is performed in a fast-paced environment and includes frequent phone and in person contact with people from diverse backgrounds that may express frustrations with policies and procedures.* Long periods of standing and walking.* Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.*Position requirements:** High School Diploma or GED* Computer literacy including the ability to learn a variety of database software.* Attention to detail-computing/mathematics skills.* Customer Service Experience.*Equal Opportunity Employer: Veterans | Disabled*Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.50 per hourExpected hours: 39 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
