Known as the "Next Generation Pipeline Contractor," Precision has built a foundation of forward-thinking industry veterans to specialize in mainline cross-country pipeline, pipeline looping, laterals, rehabilitation and station construction.*SUMMARY*We're seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our branding and communications efforts"”particularly through visual design and social media strategy. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently switch between Adobe Creative Suite and steel-toe boots, telling our story in ways that resonate with clients, communities, and team members alike.*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*· Design engaging marketing materials including presentations, proposals, brochures, signage, and infographics.· Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).· Coordinate content calendars, social campaigns, and performance analytics.· Collaborate with field teams to capture project photography and videos for promotional use.· Assist with website maintenance, email campaigns, and digital asset management.· Support internal communications and recruitment marketing efforts.· Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels.· Assists Other Departments Within Organization with Needs Related to Marketing*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES*· Business Acumen· Communication Proficiency· Customer/Client Focus· Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools & Platforms· Presentation Skills· Problem-Solving and analysis· Results Driven· Strategic & Creative Thinking· Technical Capacity*WORK ENVIRONMENT*This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.*POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK*This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM.*TRAVEL*Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.*QUALIFICATIONS:*· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.· 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial sectors.· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.· Strong understanding of social media marketing tools and trends.· Excellent organizational, communication, and storytelling skills.· A portfolio showcasing creative work in both design and digital media is highly encouraged.*NICE TO HAVE:*· Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).· Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).· Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising.*Why Join Us?* We're a boots-on-the-ground kind of company"”but we know the power of a strong brand and a compelling story.
