The primary business of JEOL USA is the sales of new instruments and peripherals and support of scientific instruments throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America.*Join us as a Shipping Clerk - Peabody, MA**Essential Responsibilities** Pick items from inventory and ensure accuracy in picking items by verifying product codes, quantities, and descriptions* Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping,* Utilize the company's ERP system to enter and retrieve shipping information* Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications* Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and shipping manifests and maintain records of shipped items* Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries* Assist with receiving and inventory control tasks, including restocking shelves and conducting cycle counts*Qualifications** High school diploma or general education degree (GED)* Six to twelve months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience* Experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics role preferred* Proficiency with Microsoft office software* Familiarity with Inventory Management software and ERP systems is desired* A valid driver's license and safe driving record are required.
