Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a commitment to ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities while providing excellent customer service.*Responsibilities** Fault analysis, troubleshooting and repairs to machines, systems and infrastructure* Optional: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in machinery, electrical panels, wiring, motors, and control systems.* Execute Preventive maintenance on machines and plants* Support in spare parts management* Work according to the instructions of the Maintenance Manager* Maintenance of the various production lines (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic)* Assembly work* Responsible for order and cleanliness within the department* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.* Assist with the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new machinery.* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts, and inventory.* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance procedures.* Respond to emergency maintenance calls to minimize downtime and production loss.* Collaborate with engineering (CH and HU) and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency* Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, control systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.* Monitor and inspect electrical and mechanical systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards* Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights if required.* Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and squat for extended periodRequirements* On-call service as required* Shift work as needed* Work IndependentIf you are passionate about maintenance work and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* On callAbility to Commute:* Wilson, NC 27893 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Wilson, NC 27893: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
