TREE CARE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Growing, family-owned landscape company is in need of an Operations Manager to lead our tree care service division. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the tree service crews, ensuring that everything runs safely and efficiently.Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.*Duties*· Schedule crews and project forward-looking schedules to ensure production and quality goals are being met· Hire, manage and supervise staff, ensuring they are safe, motivated and productive· Provide training, coaching and development of staff including proper tree care techniques· Ensure financial goals are being met and budgets are being followed· Manage all operations to comply with industry regulations and company safety standards· Lead the way with excellent customer service, quality and communication· Work with accounting team to bill for completed services on a timely basis· Personally review performance in the field to ensure quality, efficiency and safety standards are being met· Oversee and manage timekeeping for field staff· Conduct performance reviews of field staff· Regularly inspect company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order and are being properly maintained· Communicate and work with other staff members such as office management, HR and sales*Qualifications*· At least two years of experience managing tree care operations with multiple crew members· Be a Certified Arborist or be willing to gain certification within six months of employment· Have strong communication skills and a professional demeanor· Have the ability to lead under stress and face challenges in a professional manner· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage time· Proficiency with general office applications such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred· Must have a clean driving history*Benefits*· Competitive salary· Annual bonus based on company performance· Health, dental and vision benefits available· 401k program available· Take-home company vehicle to be used for business purposes· Paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysThe salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 which is dependent on several factors such as experience, education, skills, etc.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
