This leadership position requires a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and change management.*Responsibilities** Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.* Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational performance and adaptability.* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development efforts and identify growth opportunities.* Manage project management processes to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.* Supervise teams, providing guidance and support to foster professional development and high performance.* Implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.* Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial health and sustainability.* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while promoting best practices in operations.*Requirements** Must have strong background in utility infrastructure installation.* Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or equivalent position.* Strong expertise in operations management, including change management and process improvement.* Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, business development, and project management.* Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively.* Excellent analytical skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting.* Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.* A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; an MBA is preferred.
