Brand New Ford PRO FacilityHit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.Amenities: 55,000 sq ft State of the art facility Air-conditioned shop Sky lights and LED lighted work area Individual lockers Employee loungeJob Responsibilities:Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to resolve malfunction and plan work procedures.Follow checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined.Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed.Test-drive vehicles to ensure that they run smoothly.Tag all warranty parts and return it to the warranty clerk.Attend training classes and track factory technical bulletins.Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer happiness.Properly complete the service and/or repairs assigned by supervisor.Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.Participate in and use technical training as assigned by management.Maintain your designated workspace in an organized and clean manner.Ensure guest vehicles are returned as clean as they were prior to being serviced.Show the utmost courtesy to all guests, visitors, and dealership personnel.Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management.Adhere to manufacturer's policies and procedures as they relate to labor operations, time and repair order documentation when performing warranty repairs and torque specifications.Any other duties as outlined by the Service Supervisor and or managementAt least 1 year of Fleet or Dealership experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification preferredCDL certification preferredMust have a Valid Driver's LicenseTeammate with a powerful sense of dedication to the customer and service teamSelf-motivated and professionalPossess own toolsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to pass pre-employment drug screeningSuperior Service and Customer Satisfaction Earn Arlington Heights National Award by Ford Motor Company for 33rd Consecutive YearArlington Heights, Ill., March 10, 2024 - Arlington Heights Ford is among an elite group of Ford and Lincoln dealerships to be recognized with the 2023 President's Award by Ford Motor Company.
