Lead Plumber

We are hiring for what is considered a lead position and who is mid-level in their experience. Experience must include service calls, ability to read and follow blue prints and new construction rough-in. A lead position requires someone that can operate independently without supervision.We like to operate as a family and create a drama free work environment.*Responsibilities** Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts.* Utilize hand and power tools for pipe threading and welding tasks.* Perform heavy lifting and transport materials to and from construction sites.* Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.* Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing installations effectively.*Qualifications** Proficient in plumbing techniques and installation practices* Skilled in using hand and power tools relevant to plumbing* Experience in construction plumbing and blueprint reading* Knowledge of welding and pipe threading* Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on construction sites* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations* Understanding of HVAC systems and schematics* Valid commercial driving license is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Company truck* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Fuel card* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceLicense/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)* Plumbing License (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
