The ideal paralegal candidate for this position will have a , although training is available for the right candidates.If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.* Summarizes records and court files.* Schedule couriers, court reporters, expert witnesses & other special functions.* Research sources such as statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, constitutions, and public records.* Drafts, prepares and performs limited reviews of legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, discovery materials, appeals and contracts.* Assists in trial preparation and discovery practices such as gathering and organizing exhibits, trial data, documents, and other materials in response to subpoenas, discovery requests, interrogatories, motions for summary judgments, etc.* Serves as a limited liaison between counsel, clients, experts, witnesses, third parties, and other outside contacts.* Maintain attorney's calendar by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, and depositions.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
