Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to litigate personal injury cases in El Paso.Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.*Responsibilities:** Preparation, filing, and service of pleadings, motions, deposition notices, discovery requests, as well as responses and objections* Maintain calendar and case docketing system* Prepare and present clients for depositions* Prepare and conduct Defendant and expert depositions* Attend court hearings and mediations* Attend status conferences, docket calls, pre-trial and trial* Collaborate with partner attorneys on case progress and strategy* Submit regular progress reports on case status* Negotiating with insurance companies*Qualifications:** Bilingual (Spanish) required* Minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation experience and/or trial experience* Proficiency in Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Remedies Code, and Rules of Evidence* Experience with eFiling on Txcourts.gov* Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills* Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Licensed to practice law in Texas* Willingness to travel to Houston for onboarding, training, and meetings/team building events*Work Location:* El PasoJob Type: Full-timePay: $130,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* El Paso, TX 79901 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* El Paso, TX 79901: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
