Maintenance Person

As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role that requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer service mindset.Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and troubleshooting equipment and systems- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner- Completion of apartment turnovers that include but are not limited to cleaning, painting and garbage removal- Fabricate and install various components as needed- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track work orders and document maintenance activities- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide repair and maintenance work- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environmentSkills:- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus- Strong customer service orientationJoin our team as a Maintenance Person and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities.
