The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in using hand and power tools, and the ability to work on various vehicle systems, including powertrain and electrical systems. As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles.*Duties** Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues across various vehicle systems.* Execute repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles, including transmissions, powertrain components, and diesel engines.* Utilize schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and ensure proper functionality.* Conduct alignments and other mechanical services with precision.* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with the Writers regarding vehicle issues and repair options.* Maintain accurate records/stories of repairs, services performed, and parts used for each vehicle.* Collaborate with other technicians to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.* Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Ford certifications.* Demonstrate proficiency in auto estimating for accurate service quotes.*Experience** Previous Ford dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.* Strong background in automotive service with hands-on mechanic experience.* Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and diagnostics is essential.* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.* Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused approach.
