· Open ROs for shop repairs and/or field repairs as neededWant to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.· Take incoming calls for Trailer Service Dept. Assist customer and/or distribute to correct team member.· Collect payment on COD repair orders when customers pickup trailer.· Assist with collections· Handle uniform invoices each week· Order new technician's uniforms, size upgrades, etc.· Issue PO numbers to vendors.· Secondary point of contact for accident reporting (shop injury).· Assist with collecting payment on COD "field" repairs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
