The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.bilingual Spanish language and english*Duties** Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.* Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.* Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to maintain organized office records.* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.* Handle customer inquiries and provide support through effective communication.* Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping.* Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.* Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.* Provide administrative support to other departments as required.* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.*Skills** Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.* Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele.* Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is preferred.* Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.* Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is advantageous.* Familiarity with office management practices and administrative procedures.* Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.* Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate documentation.* Experience as a personal assistant is beneficial for managing schedules and tasks.
