Sign-on Bonus up to $5000.*Responsibilities** Maintain and repair Commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.* Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.* Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.* Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently.* Communicate with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all work activities.*Requirements** Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician or similar role.* Strong knowledge of Commerical HVAC systems and components.* Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.*Qualifications** Must be able to pass a drug test* EPA Refrigeration Universal Certification* NATE certification or be able to aquire within 2 years of employment* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician on Commercial equipment.* High School diploma or GED* Must have a valid driver's license.* Clean driving recordAt Federal Elite Heating & Cooling Inc., we know people are most productive when they feel valued and perform meaningful work.
