Express Car Wash Shift Leader

*Job description*Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Shift Leaders provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure customers receive a clean, dry, and shiny car, at a clean facility, with great customer service, every time, while also assisting in the every-day tasks that come with leadership.*Responsibilities:*- Greet every customer at our pay terminals with a SMILE- Maintain the condition of the property ensuring it is clean, inviting, and safe- Providing a safe work environment by following all safety policies- Assisting customers with a SMILE and friendly service- Strategize with your team on how you will reach or exceed company goals- Be informed of all products and packages we offer to our customers- Communicate effectively with your location employees and manager- Ensure the safety of the customers' vehicles and equipment by checking every vehicle prior to wash entry- Process customer vehicles through the wash using proper guide on procedures- Perform cash handling procedures correctly at open and/or close- Delegate tasks while following proper company procedures- Assist the General Manager with any tasks that are needed*Job Requirements:*- Can stay on your feet all day long while hot, cold, or wet- Have a naturally "warm" personality- Can work individually or in a group- Be eager to learn and grow- Be willing to help whenever needed- Can follow all company policies and procedures- Always be on time- Have reliable transportation- Have a great work ethic- Be able to communicate issues thoroughly- Be able to exemplify our mission statement and values every day.*Mission Statement: *_*To provide a clean, dry, and shiny car, at a clean facility, with great customer service, every time.*_*Values:*_- Excellence__- Continual Improvement__- Do The Right Thing Every Time_Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Opportunities for advancement* Paid time offApplication Question(s):* Are you able to reliably commute to work and be on time?Experience:* Express Car Wash: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
