Carpenter

You could receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus! Currently RCS is recruiting for fulltime *Carpenter(s)*. The Carpenter role is essential and assists the project team in ensuring timely and successful completion of construction projects. Qualified applicants must possess the ability to work independently installing trim and cabinets taking extra care in all work while paying attention to detail and finish products. Ability to rough frame working with structural wood and metal walls, trusses and framing. Have form carpentry experience with stairs, piers, step down footers, column diamonds. Successful with roof and soffit work when installing sheathing, shingles, soffit and gutter. Remove and install commercial doors, frames, hardware; install metal and wood frames in a variety of substrates, metal and wood doors and all types of door hardware. Must be familiar with blocking methods when eave blocking, wall blocking and roof blocking. Ability to layout and install toilet partitions and accessories and layout grid ceiling tile. Must be able to install, mud, tape drywall assemblies. Requires ability to lift up to 70 lbs., climb ladders, use man lifts, construct, install, erect scaffolding and ladders.
