POSITION TITLE: Full-Desk / 360 RecruiterLOCATION: Orange, CA (Hybrid - In office Mondays and Wednesdays)COMPENSATION: $70,000 - $75,000 + Uncapped CommissionsApply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:An innovative leader in providing staffing solutions, Eastridge Workforce Solutions, is currently seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join our Professional Direct Hire division within Workforce Recruitment.RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:RecruitingRecruit across a wide range of positions (from executive to entry-level)Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies for each requisitionConduct candidate interviews in-person or on video via RingCentralWork in a full-cycle recruitment environment (sourcing through placement/offer stages)Ensure job postings, career page, and social media outlets attract candidates reflective of our culture and valuesServe as a Consultant to educate clients and candidates about current trends in the marketWork with candidates and businesses in the area to host HR events centered around brand awarenessBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and networking effortsConduct prospecting calls, emails, and messaging to generate leads and schedule client meetingsQualify new leads and manage the sales funnel from initial outreach through signed agreementBuild and maintain a client pipeline to achieve growth targets within the assigned territoryAttend local networking events, conferences, or community engagements to expand brand presence and client baseCollaborate with marketing and internal teams to drive brand awareness in target marketsAccount ManagementDevelop relationships with hiring managers and build business partnershipsTake job orders and probe effectively for details of job descriptions from clientsBuild ongoing loyalty and relationships with clients/candidates through regular communication and quality check-insMarket top candidates to new/existing clients to grow accounts and generate new opportunitiesMake calls to reactivate accounts that have fallen dormantConduct in-person visits with clients to strengthen relationships and understand business needsProduce a minimum of $25,000 in gross profit per month ($75,000/quarter) through successful placements and client growthMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of previous staffing sales experiencePassion and commitment to owning your roleFanaticism about data integrity and tracking information accurately and immediatelyExceptional customer serviceIt would be great if you had these:Full-Desk / 360 Recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for Professional roles (Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc)PERKS & BENEFITS:At the center of Eastridge Workforce Solutions' values is the belief that the most important thing we do is continue to hire the best people and create a workplace where they can thrive.
