Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our C-17 Strategy and Integration team in San Antonio, TX.Position Responsibilities:Ability to work and take initiative to resolve constraintLead and collaborate with cross functional teamsConduct research to obtain constraint knowledge including parts and engineering details to track, status and resolve constraintsInvestigate and research future schedule to proactively identify constraints, attend line by line review meetings to communicate statusAttend and/or Lead Tier meetingsUtilize Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system for tracking constraintsAssist with development and implementing process and procedures of site Creating and presenting project proposals to all levels of employeesAssist mechanics with specs and DWG understanding Assist shop with procurement and/or modification of identified toolsWork with less knowledgeable mechanics and team mates to coach on processes and build knowledge and skillsAssist with closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS) items and investigation of root cause and solutions Utilize seek, speak and listen to communicate emotional intelligence and customer service mentalityAre you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.
