Successful full-service construction company in Falmouth is looking for a professional, resourceful and organized Project Development Administrator to join their growing team. The Administrator will support company management across business development, permitting and client service functions. Areas of responsibility include:The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Assist with drafting and managing proposals, contracts, and project documentsCoordinate meetings, schedules, and client communicationMaintain organized systems and filesInteract professionally with clients, subcontractors, and vendorsSupport team across a range of administrative and operations tasks   Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of prior administrative experience requiredKnowledge of construction or related industries strongly preferredHighly proficient in MS Office suite and prior experience using CMS platformsSuperb written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrates positive attitude and strong customer service skillsFull-time in-office position, 40 hours per week. Salary range $65,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k with company match, and paid vacation time.
