Air and Ocean Export Coordinator

Worldwide Logistics Ltd is looking for an experienced logistics coordinator with an Export background. As a Logistics Coordinator you will work with internal sales/pricing staff, our curated list of vendors and offices across the globe in order to make each international shipment a success.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.SUMMARYThis position is responsible mainly for air export operations, reporting to the operations manager.This role requires creative thought and a high sense of urgency in a fast paced and demanding customer driven environment.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESManage bookings with airlines.Prepare required documents, MAWB/HAWB, etc.Coordinate with the client and internal resources to expedite the shipment along with the destination office Meet all accounting requirements, pay our vendors in a timely fashionKeep highly accurate physical records and update shipment data continuouslyNot limited to performing other job-related duties and functions as required.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Education: High School Diploma requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Have ability to work in a fast pace environment.Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.EXPERIENCEAir Freight: 1 yearFreight Forwarding: 1 yearIAC/IATA Knowledge a plusWHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURNCompetitive base salaryMedical, dental and vision insurance for employees401K Program to help you invest into your futureFlexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life balanceSalary - $25.00 - $30.00 per hourRequired 3 days in office
