We are looking for a Graphic Designer who loves to make great work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing creative concepts for integrated campaigns across print, film, and digital. Partnering closely with the Art Director, you’ll apply a well-rounded design skill set to develop visual concepts and storytelling across Wholesale and DTC retail channels, both digital and physical. This includes catalog design, product packaging, and internal creative services. The ideal candidate is well-versed in both digital and print production and can consistently deliver compelling creative on time.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.This is a full-time, exempt role based out of California. This role will be based at our Carlsbad office, with an expectation of being onsite at least three days per week.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Art Director to develop globally integrated campaigns and seasonal product storiesContribute to multi-season storytelling across Wholesale, DTC, and other brand channelsExecute creative concepts across design, photography, and illustration to maintain and elevate the brand’s visual languageEnsure high attention to detail in all aspects of design while pushing the brand’s creative boundariesSupport the production and execution of creative assets across digital and physical formats, including campaigns, packaging, and internal creative initiativesConcept and design a variety of product marketing materials for Wholesale and DTC retail channels including social, digital and printExecute seasonal catalog design needs while working with various internal teams to execute the various needsDesign and prototype all packaging needs for product and retailDesign any needed internal creativeOther creative duties may be assigned on an as needed basisKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 3-5+ years of graphic design experience on an in-house brand team or creative agency.Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Figma.Ability to create photographic, video, and hand-made illustration workNot afraid to execute artwork using emerging technologies such as AIDeep knowledge of graphic design, including typography, and layoutFluency in current advertising, design, and fashion trends expectedSALARY RANGEThe base pay for this position is between $70,000-$75,000. In accordance with applicable state laws, the range provided is Brixton's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
