ABOUT THE COMPANY Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.Our client, a privately held real estate investment firm headquartered in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a highly organized REO Asset Coordinator to support the administrative functions of a growing commercial real estate portfolio. The firm manages a diverse mix of retail, office, mixed-use, and multifamily assets across Orange County and other key coastal markets in California.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting property management, leasing, and construction teams with a wide range of operational and administrative tasks.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGProvide day-to-day administrative support to Property Management, Leasing, and Construction teams.Maintain and organize digital records and filing systems related to construction, leases, insurance, and tenant correspondence.Assist with market research and demographic analysis to support leasing efforts.Draft and manage tenant communications, including notices and general correspondence.Oversee and maintain the tenant portal and work order system.Coordinate with vendors to schedule routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring compliance with service agreements.Maintain and regularly update tenant and vendor contact lists.Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly KPI reports related to the real estate portfolio.Track expenses and assist with budget monitoring for capital improvements and development initiatives.Perform other general administrative duties as needed.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role; prior experience in the real estate sector strongly preferred.Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Positive, adaptable attitude with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Familiarity with Yardi or other real estate management software preferred.Local travel required.
