The ideal candidate will represent clients who have been injured due to negligence or misconduct, providing legal advice, managing cases from intake to resolution, and advocating on behalf of clients in negotiations and court proceedings.*Key Responsibilities:** Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial* Conduct thorough investigations to establish liability and damages* Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel* Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents* Prepare and negotiate settlement agreements* Represent clients in mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials* Maintain accurate case files and documentation in case management systems* Stay current with laws and regulations relevant to personal injury law*Requirements:** Active license to practice law in Florida* 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred* Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil procedures* Excellent negotiation, writing, and oral advocacy skills* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently* Compassionate approach and strong client service skills*Preferred Qualifications:** Trial experience a plus* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus* Experience with case management softwareJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:* Vero Beach, FL 32960 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Vero Beach, FL 32960: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
